Founder
Few teachers in Croatia can say they have stood on stage in front of thousands of audience members in a Broadway production. Dora can. Educated in Zagreb and London, she became the first Croatian performer to play leading roles in the musicals Hairspray and Saturday Night Fever on Royal Caribbean cruise ships.
For years, she lived what she now teaches: auditions, rehearsals, performances, director feedback, and working with professional choreographers and conductors. Now she brings that experience home with one mission: to make real musical theatre training available in Croatia for a new generation of young performers.

We are building a community where everyone has space to grow and where that growth is celebrated together
Learn more about the program ↓Designed for our 20 students, the program lasts one year and is divided into 3 three-month terms, each with 11 sessions. Every term has its own theme and level-appropriate repertoire. At the end of a successful training year, a final production will be performed in front of an audience.
The greatest progress happens when students complete all three terms and continue building their skills consistently. That is why we offer a special price for enrolling in the full year in advance.

The Broadway Audition Experience is not an ordinary audition. It is a unique experience designed to feel like a real musical theatre audition on Broadway, with a professional setting and individual feedback unlike anything previously available in Croatia.
It is open to everyone aged 14+, regardless of experience.
A short stage and dance choreography with vocals, guided by us, with no previous preparation required. We look at how you respond, how you adapt and how present you are in the space.
You prepare a piece of up to 1 minute of your choice: a song, dance piece or acting monologue. You choose the material yourself, something you know and something that suits you.
We talk about what we saw and give concrete, honest and encouraging feedback. After the audition, we select 20 students for the one-year program.
The Broadway Audition Experience is not just a path into the program. It is a full day of stage work, individual feedback and an experience unlike anything else in Croatia.
